One of the most famous resorts along the Costa del Sol, Torremolinos enjoys a stunning coastal location. Often nicknamed 'Torrie', Torremolinos features a magnificent shoreline, stretching for around 7 km / 4.5 miles, with many sandy beaches close to central Torremolinos, offering the perfect place for sunbathing, swimming and water sports.

With an on-going tourism boom since the 1960s, Torremolinos is known for its beachfront hotels, renovated old town area, and relatively new Paseo Maritimo, a long seafront promenade lining much of the Torremolinos coastline.
